PeakLine Documentation¶
PeakLine is an independent analytics, planning, and gamification platform for Strava athletes. It layers an honest set of training metrics, route tools, and gear tracking on top of your existing Strava account — without ever asking for your password and without selling your data.
This site is your reference for everything PeakLine can do.

What makes PeakLine different¶
PeakLine started as one developer's response to a simple frustration: Strava shows you what you did, but rarely how good it was relative to the terrain, the weather, or the wind that day. PeakLine fills in that context.
- PeakLine Score (0–1000) — a single, distance-aware number that compares you to a calibrated super-athlete reference, with anti-abuse gates that reject impossible efforts. Read how it's calculated →
- Stress Points — a TSS-style training-load metric that uses power or heart rate or pace, whichever is available, with activity-type coefficients. See the formula →
- Historical weather and air quality on every ride — so your PR isn't a mystery once you've forgotten whether the wind was at your back. Weather and AQI →
- Route Planner with on-route forecast — see how the wind shifts between km 20 and km 80 before you head out. Route Planner →
- GPX Fixer — fixes teleports, time anomalies, and elevation spikes; usable without a Strava account. GPX Fixer →
- Gear and component wear tracking — per-chain, per-cassette, per-tire mileage with maintenance alerts. Gear tracking →
Privacy in one line¶
We never see your Strava password. We never sell your data. You can revoke access from your Strava settings at any moment. Full details: How we treat your data.
Open source spirit, indie scale¶
PeakLine is built and operated by a single developer who is also a cyclist. That means feature requests reach the person who ships them, and roadmap decisions are made for athletes, not shareholders.
